Fitzgerald Gelly followed a Jamaican sound called King Lattibuddier before coming to England in 1961, where he started out doing blues spots with a friend. He founded Lord Gellys in 1964. It still plays dancehall at Notting Hill Carnival, outside 47 Cambridge Gardens.
