Drum & bass and jungle sound systems
Jungle and drum & bass took the sound system's bass weight, MCs and dubplates into a faster music. Dillinja and Lemon D built Valve Sound System in 2001 specifically to play drum & bass, and RC1 is built for the same full-range bass pressure. Many reggae sounds, including Reggae Roast and Firmly Rooted, also play jungle sessions.
